Office Manager/ IT Researcher

Virtuace is looking for young, active and ambitious person to position Office Manager/ IT Researcher to join our Rovno based team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support, expense reports, etc.
• Assist in planning and executing monthly office budget
• Organisation of events- team buildings, trips, parties, etc.
• Organisation of business trips for employees( booking of flights and hotels)
• Help colleagues with their requests
• Look for creative ideas to improve our office life
• Making research for developers positions, assisting to HR/Recruitment department in searching of candidates

Requirements:

• High communication and organisation skills, punctuality and reliability are important as well
  
• Upper-intermediate level of English
  
• Positive, smiling, creative and active person
