Withalogic is looking for 2 ambitious support service managers to join our team with a fluent command of the English language.

How do we do it? — We fully systematize and automate the work of the sales department by implementing a CRM system.


We do not stop in the development of the company and therefore we are looking for 2 ambitious support service managers to join our team with a fluent command of the English language.

Requirements
— the ability to speak simply about complex things;
— love communicating with people and taking care of customers;
— purposefulness, responsibility and result orientation;
— be proactive and learn quickly;
— desire to develop and grow professionally;


Responsibilities
— to help customers in case of questions regarding the operation of the service;
— respond to letters, appeals and incoming calls;
— train users to work in the program;
— to tell customers about the possibilities of the service;
— close cooperation with other departments of the company to improve the operation of the program.

salary: 1200$ per month+bonuses
schedule : 5/2 from 7am to 5pm
