Key Requirements: 

•  University degree in Environmental Engineering/ Environmental Management. International degree/ certification/ membership in professional bodies/ involvement in scientific projects is a strong plus.
•  5+ years in international companies or as an independent expert for International Financial Institutions (e.g., EBRD, EIB, WB/ IFC, etc.)
•  Strong experience in Environmental and Social Site Assessment/ Environmental Impact Assessment/ Due Diligence/ Risk Management according to international and national standards
• In-depth knowledge of local and international Environmental, Social, Health & Safety regulations and policies relevant to industrial and commercial property development
•  Practical experience in Health and Safety, Resource Efficiency Assessments, Climate Change initiatives, field works is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales and project coordination for consultancy assignments, including those in international environment
•  Excellent written and verbal communication and reporting skills in English / Ukrainian/ Russian (additional proficiency in German or Polish is a plus)
•  Advanced PC user (MS Office), special modeling skills applicable to environmental, socio-economic, CO2 and resource efficiency and similar assessments
• Team spirit, client focus, initiative and flexibility, high dedication and self-motivation 

Responsibilities: 

The successful candidates will be responsible for acquisition, managing and expertize in assignments in the interface of management, engineering and environmental consultancy. All project work must be carried out with due diligence, adhered to by the company procedures, the highest quality, safety & compliance standards. It is expected, that the candidates will have a good market awareness and have very strong client interface with the ability to further develop existing portfolio of offering to a variety of clients in the Bank, Energy, Infrastructure, Industrial and Commercial Property.
