To support our offices in Kyiv and Lviv we are looking for recruiter.

 

Tasks:

  • analysis of recruitment needs together with the local management - daily cooperation with business
  • sourcing candidates using a variety of channels (market research, networking, job boards, advertising)
  • conducting job interviews and meetings
  • cooperation with recruitment agencies, career offices, external recruitment service providers
  • participating in various HR activities related to business needs (job fairs and job-related events etc.)
  • supporting Employer Branding initiatives

 

Requirements:

  • at least 3 years of experience in recruiting candidates for a various positions (especially for technical positions)
  • university degree (preferably in sociology, psychology, human resources)
  • solid knowledge of applicable/advance recruitment and staffing techniques
  • fluent English
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • positive and proactive attitude
  • experience in Employer Branding initiatives would be an advantage
