To support our offices in Kyiv and Lviv we are looking for recruiter.
Tasks:
- analysis of recruitment needs together with the local management - daily cooperation with business
- sourcing candidates using a variety of channels (market research, networking, job boards, advertising)
- conducting job interviews and meetings
- cooperation with recruitment agencies, career offices, external recruitment service providers
- participating in various HR activities related to business needs (job fairs and job-related events etc.)
- supporting Employer Branding initiatives
Requirements:
- at least 3 years of experience in recruiting candidates for a various positions (especially for technical positions)
- university degree (preferably in sociology, psychology, human resources)
- solid knowledge of applicable/advance recruitment and staffing techniques
- fluent English
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- positive and proactive attitude
- experience in Employer Branding initiatives would be an advantage
