HR generalist

To support our offices in Kyiv and Lviv we are looking for: HR generalist.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Full HR administration
• Recruitment
• Coordination and implementation of different HR process (recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, training and development, talent and succession planning, etc.)
• Participation and ownership of international HR projects in Central and Eastern Europe Area
• Implementation of Bilfinger Group guidelines and procedures regarding HR
• Cooperation with training companies, recruitment agencies and other HR suppliers
• Cooperation with internal and external auditors

Requirements:

• 5 years of professional experience as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in a multinational company
• University degree (Human Resources/Psychology/Sociology)
• Fluent English
• Excellent interpersonal skills - communication and team work skills, flexibility and proactiveness
• Able to work independently, think strategically, coordinate multiple tasks and projects
• Open for frequent travels (time to time business trips both local and international)
• Strong HR admin background and knowledge
