Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist

Boeing Ukraine, LLC is seeking Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist to join our Global Services team located in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes and maintains, plans and schedules for projects, programs to meet project objectives.

• Tracks, plans, schedules and performs risk analysis for projects, programs and change activities throughout the lifecycle of a program.

• Works with customers to develop performance recovery plans and incorporates in relevant documentation where appropriate.

• Performs schedule, event and change impact analysis.

• Develops and posts planning, scheduling and change related metrics/reports.

• Assists in data gathering of supplier capabilities.

• Maintains disciplined revision control of all planning/schedule baselines.

Basic Qualifications:

• Education through advanced technical/economic/mathematic education from University (Bachelor/Master degree)

• At least 2 years of experience of related work in project/program management department or PMO.

• At least upper intermediate level of English

• Confident user/expert in Computer Aided Design Tools (such as MS Excel, MS Project, Tableau).

• Able to develop project status dashboards, metrics, reports under general guidance.

• Able to develop project schedules with 250+ tasks in total.

• Analytical Skills to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Holder of title in Project Management field, e.g. PMP or PMI-SP from PMI.

• High-level communication skills (both speaking and writing in English) 

• Technical literacy with the ability to use, manage, understand, and assess technology.

• Knowledge in risk analysis practice and ability to develop matrixes, charts, models.

• High level of data analysis skills with the ability to capture project status, trends and forecast.

• Systems Thinking to understand the big picture and the inter-relationships of all activities in the system.

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience).
