Skills: 

  •  Experience with ATL, BTL activities. 
  • Ability to work with the big volume of information, with the analysis of sales, presence, competitors, niches, etc. 
  • Experience in team management (the remote team will be a priority). 
  •  Experience in conducting successful negotiations with buyers. 
  •  Experience preparing and delivering presentations. 
  •  Experience in working with contractors: setting up TOR, and control of order implementation. Analytical mindset.

For the probationary period: 

  •  Building relationships with partner marketers 
  •  Regular presence in mailings and advertisements of major partners. 
  •  Preparedness for all Q3 trade events 
  •  Work plan for all trade events of the year (presentation and defense of plan) 
  • Develop a marketing plan format by which the CEO's office manager can oversee tasks 


After the probationary period: 

  •  Marketing department organization. 
  •  Development of marketing strategy in key countries. 
  •  Market analysis: consumer demand, competitor activity, product portfolio. 
  •  Marketing budget management, budgeting by country. 
  •  Marketing communications. 
  •  New product development. 
  •  Development and coordination of promotional campaigns. 
  •  Interaction with trade marketing and sales department: participation in the development of promo campaigns. 
  • Preparation and coordination of briefs, and communication with contractors.
  • Development and implementation of ATL and BTL activities, analysis of activities effectiveness. 
  • Development and implementation of brand promotion strategy. 
  • Sales analytics.
