In 2021, we launched a new business - YouTube Multi-Channel Network Genesis MCN. The company's portfolio includes content creators from Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Africa, and other regions. As an official, certified partner of YouTube, we help them develop their media business: create, promote and monetize their content in the best possible way.
We are looking for an enterprising and experienced Influencer Marketing Sales Manager, whose mission is to create new monetization opportunities for content creators.
Your typical duties are:
- outreach, negotiate, close deals, and grow business within brand clients;
- transfer won clients to the Creator Success Team;
- consult IM Project Managers in the process of campaign planning;
- look for market opportunities and help to develop them.
- strong understanding of IM processes;
- selling or implementing IM campaigns;
- English level Advanced+;
- you are a fast learner;
- excellent communication skills;
- experienced CRM system user;
- excellent presentation skills;
- ability to formulate commercial proposals clearly;
- experienced user of Google Docs: Slides & Sheets;
- experience analyzing data to deliver on KPIs;
- proven work experience within social media;
- understanding of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok.
Will be a plus:
- a proven track record within Influencer Marketing Sales on English-speaking markets;
- HubSpot & Jira experience;
- lead generation techniques (automated email outreach, etc.);
- public speaking experience;
- understanding of Twitch and Facebook.
