Hire UA is seeking a skilled social media manager to join their team. The ideal candidate for this position is creative, resourceful, and proactive with the strong experience in creating compelling content for social media.The candidate will be responsible for managing social media presence across multiple platforms as well as coming up with creative ideas and producing captivating shortform videos and images that align with the company's branding, messaging, and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality content for social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube;- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize content and strategy;- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness;- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends, best practices, and new features on social media platforms and incorporate them into strategy;- Analyze and report on social media performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in SMM;- High levels of verbal and written English;- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences;- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills;- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;- Strong portfolio of work that showcases your experience in creating engaging content;- Experience with social media management tools.
