Legarithm Legal Services is a young boutique law firm specializing in providing services for IT and online businesses.

We provide services in the Ukrainian and EU markets. We have extensive expertise in working with interesting Gamedev and Blockchain niches. Our company is looking for a proactive junior lawyer who is ready to work in a team and devote his working day to serve the needs of our clients.

We can promise you that you will never be bored with your functional responsibilities since our work is not simple law, but art, and each project is different.

Nevertheless among the key tasks we may point out:

• Contract drafting

• Communication with counterparties abroad

• Preparation of legal opinions LO on different subjects tailored for the needs of our clients

• Drafting of legal documents (IT contracts and website policies)

• Participation in the processes of licensing in the sphere of fintech, crypto and iGaming

• Corporate law

• Working with GDPR and other privacy laws

• Development of Intellectual Property Rights IPR protection strategies

Key requirements for the applicant:

1. 6+ months of experience

2. Bachelor’s degree in law (Masters will be an advantage)

3. English minimum B2 (The final interview will be conducted in English)

4. Knowledge of legal English

5. Experience with IT law

Additional advantages are:

1. Experience as an in-house lawyer

2. Graduating from one of the top legal schools in Ukraine (KNU, IIR, NaUKMA)
