English-speaking сall-center operator, sales manager

Our requirements:

• Level of English B2 and higher (speaking and writing), C1/C2 - will be an advantage; 
• Desire to learn and earn; 
• Self-motivated, highly organized, client-oriented, open-minded;
• Experience in sales (will be an advantage); 
• Experience in call-centers (will be an advantage);
• Confidence and lack of fear when working with objections; 
• Good computer skills (we work in CRM and Google Sheets).

You will also need:

• PC/laptop; 
• Headset (headphones and microphone); 
• Access to high-speed and stable Internet.

Job Details:

• Remote job, city of residence doesn't matter;
• Shift work schedule: Monday-Friday (14:00 p.m.- 23:00 p.m. Kyiv time);
• One hour lunch break;
• Trial period, training and team support;
• Work with the existing base;
• Make outgoing calls;
• Recording results in the CRM system.
