Finance Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Business Partnering

  • Lead the UA S&OP (Sales and operations planning) + IRR/MBR process to consolidate financial inputs, make sense and highlight risks, opps, and actions needed (eg gap closing, budget affordability, hot topics). 
  • Ensure fit for purpose, efficient and effective S&OP+ financial process for UA. Lead financial planning process as partner to the Cluster CFO.
  • Owner of budget affordability and resource allocation for UA unit. Align with cluster and ensure Trade offs within local unit and escalate on cluster level when required  
  • Responsible for unit financial forecasts within Business of Tomorrow process (Connect to Grow and S&OP+)
  • Responsible for analysis of actual data (periodic/quarterly), facilitates relevant forums and integrates the outcome to S&OP.
  • As the main contact from UA unit, manage communication with UBBAI (Ukraine, Baltics, Balkans, Adriatic and Israel), Multisales, bridge the information/requests with Senior Demand Finance Business Partner UBBAI and other relevant stakeholders

Segment and Sales Business Partnering

  • Ensure that innovation plan is in line with unit strategy, and the financials stack up to expected thresholds. Use Finance network to understand best practice sharing on P&L modeling, threshold management, etc.
  • Builds the P&Ls, using inputs provided from the Demand, Sales and Supply functions (important to provoke and challenge these inputs where relevant). Ensures innovations are meetings critical thresholds
  • Ensure adherence to Financial KPIs for portfolio review, dual ownership with Portfolio Managers of the Margin to Invest and Controllable Contribution. Support in driving portfolio delisting agenda through S&OP (Sales and operations planning).
  • Consult to align on the investment plan and targets based on analysis of ACPD budgets. Controlling and Governance through yearly and quarterly reviews
  • Consult and support SRM plan elaboration and execution for BU. Drive ROI agenda through consulting (delivers the structure, process, templates, bottom up spend consolidation)
  • Consults on price recommendation incl. modeling P&L implications. Be responsible for supporting the Sales Organization for execution
  • Consolidate inputs from Sales and SRM regarding trade expectations by bucket, ensure adherence to trade targets set and drive gap closing sessions where relevant. Together with Sales Effectiveness, local CFO, cluster Financial Controller set up Governance for TE budgets
  • Provide Threshold benchmarking to Activation Team. Approved Menu card (Display, Promo catalog)

Qualifications:

  • Finance or Accounting Qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance roles
  • Experience in multi-segment and multi market is highly preferrable
  • Expertise in financial analysis, financial shaping and decision-making processes, essential knowledge of financial processes.
  • Comfortable working in complex environment and interacting with senior leaders.
  • Proficient working with MS Office.
  • Fluent in written and spoken in English
  • Knowledge of digital solutions, Excel superuser
