Customer Support Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a Customer Support Virtual Assistant to join our proactive team targeting the European market.

Required skills:

• 1+ years of experience providing operational support, customer service, administrative support, or a similar function in an online environment
• Strong communication skills, fluency in written and spoken English
• Excellent attention to detail
• Developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, flexible and team-oriented
• Experience using: Google Sheets, Docs, Shopify, Freshdesk

It will be a plus:

• Experience in communicating with native speakers
• Experience with dropshipping

Duties:

•  Answer customer service emails 
• Locate and track packages 
• Make changes to orders - per the customer's request 
• Other assigned Customer Service Duties
