The Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Kyiv is hiring 

Protocol Staff

Job Description:

1. Event management: coordination and oversight of embassy events, including all aspects of event organization both in-house and externally. ?

2. Visit management: Support for incoming visits by Head of State or Government Ministers in liaison with lead diplomat including organizing hotels, protocol etc.

3. Protocol: Liaising with Indonesian administration, including management of diplomatic cards, airport badges, documentation for official vehicles etc. ? 

4. Other related duties and assisting in other aspects of the embassy’s work, as required.

Requirements:

1. Male/Female 22-40 years old

2. Ukrainian citizen

3. Bachelor's degree or higher

4. Fluency in English and Ukrainian (writing, speaking, reading)

5. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

6. Able to drive and holds a driver's license 

7. Network within the Ukrainian government would be an advantage

8. Willing to work overtime
