Position
We are looking for a proactive self-starter HR Specialist, who combines people skills with attention to details and a "get things done" approach. The Manager will operate the HR services, policies and programs, and will be responsible for the administrative duties of the project.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating HR activities (Welfare activities, Employee relations, Attendance, etc.);
- Coordinating Operation/Service Support (Ensure that office runs smoothly on a daily basis);
- Training and Event activities coordination;
- Assist with ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as a Human Resources Specialist / Coordinator, Customer Support;
- Experience from an international hi-tech/mobile/internet company - will be a plus;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English, both spoken and written;
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, ability to handle multiple priorities in a fluid;
- Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, recommend solutions and evaluate outcome;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Professionalism, assertiveness, independence, initiative.
