Responsibilities:

• Providing HR Services from Innovecs catalog (onboarding, trial & performance review tools, trainings' offer, exit interviews, reporting upon request, etc.);
• Full-cycle team relations;
• Supporting employees' engagement into corporate initiatives (surveys, events);
• Identifying risks (flags) within employees, attrition control;
• Being contact point for employees within HR-related questions;
• Collaborating with other HR team members within implementation of HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

Hard skills:

• Work experience - 2+ years in HR;
• English - Intermediate;
• Onboarding and adaptation;
