Middle Designer UI/UX

Innovecs is looking for Middle Designer UI/UX to join our team in Kiev office, 6-z, Vatslava Havela Blvd.

Requirements: 

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role 
• Familiar with Agile software development methodology
• Experience with: protyping/wareframing tools (e.g. Axure, InVision); detailed competitive and consumer analyses; UML/BPMN, ER-model; 
•  • Strong portfolio of design projects.
•  • Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision. 

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments. 

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct user research and testing 
• Conduct competitive analyses of different solutions 
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. 
• Implement 'useful' design solution
• Facilitate the client's product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.

Project description:

A car leasing tool that allows you to research, shop, and order your new lease from where you're most comfortable. For the first time, you're able to check lease pricing for any car, truck, or suv without having to go to a dealer. We've also included our Make Your Offer tool which gives you control in the leasing process by allowing you to submit the offer you're most comfortable with to our network of dealers who will compete for your business. Our goal is to make the process of understanding lease pricing fully transparent to the savvy consumer and create an atmosphere of ease when leasing your next vehicle.
