HR Specialist

This position is responsible for human resources activities, both administrative and project-related, in support of the HR function for Ukraine, Russia and Kazakhstan.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR function and duties
  • Provide support to  Human Resources team on all related HR matters for assigned population
  • Maintain Human Resource Information System records for multiple locations and compile reports from database for internal use
  • Compile and update employee records (close and daily cooperation with payroll and HR admin provider)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, additional payments, etc.)
  • Assist with recruitment process as per HR instructions (coordinate pre-employment appointments, paperwork and screening; prepare offer letters and notify recruiting sources and candidates as position is filled, attend Recruitment Fairs as necessary and seek out opportunities for expanding recruitment pool at each location)
  • Support with budget and workforce planning, employment and HR costs controlling
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, trainings, surveys etc.) 
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Participate in HR onboarding for newly hired employees
  • Any other tasks as assigned by HR team

Requirements:

  • University degree in appropriate field
  • From 3 years of experience in HR 
  • Good knowledge of HR systems, databases and metrics 
  • Outstanding speaking and writing skills
  • Awareness of labor laws from cluster countries
  • Cross functional and cross country collaboration
  • Advanced oral and written English communication skills
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Ukrainian – native, Russian - fluent

  • Good analytical skills with ability to interpret data, detect trends, draw conclusions and formulate recommendations
  • Will be expected to handle and maintain confidential information with integrity
