Partner Manager B2C: Consumer Electronics

Promotion of the Company products and services to support sales and unit targets set by the company within the channel strategic framework, policies and guidelines. Develop/manage the business relationship with assigned partner base.

  • Align channel/partners/accounts activities with strategic objectives
  • Develop and implement partner/key account marketing and sales plans
  • Proactively identify opportunities and propose actions to expand business with allocated channel/accounts
  • Provide regular sales forecast
  • Drive demand generation to ensure budget achievement with assigned partner base
  • Ensure proper Brand and product visibility (instore/online/in promotion)
  • Implement central channel/product marketing promotions
  • Run product demonstrations, In-store Product training
  • Manage relationship with assigned partners through weekly f2f meetings
  • Regular shop visits to monitor market 
  • Ensure regular, timely and accurate submission of reports (stock, sell out, sell on, competitor activities, sales/account/budget/year)
  • Monitor sales turnover and performance with partner base and manage overdues
  • Provide market research and tracking of competitor activities for the assigned channel & territory

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Experience and success in a similar role (Key Account Manager, Partner Manager etc.)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and effective relationships building
  • Solid commercial and financial awareness
  • Sound knowledge of IT tools
  • Intermediate / Upper intermediate English, national language
  • Driving license
  • Strong sales mindset 
  • Ability to work effectively on own Initiative as well as within a team
  • Integrity and reliability
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Readiness to travel
