Responsibilities:
- Budget achievement responsibility for assigned business area and assigned team
- Translation of the Company strategies into short, mid & long-term plans for the respective areas and teams
- Define and implement tactical objectives as well as contingency plans effectively managing potential risks in the assigned business area & team
- Support establishment and development of sustainable partner channels in the assigned business area
- Establish close and sustainable relationships with current and future strategic partners and end-customers on C-level in assigned business area
- Management of assigned Key Partners in the area
- Driving channel sales with assigned partner managers
- Ensuring effective reporting & monitoring of performance and implement actions for improvement in the assigned business area
- Effective management and development of the assigned team in the area to achieve the team targets
- Close collaboration with headquarters to ensure seamless customer interfaces between regions and within the area as well as across B2C and B2B
Requirements:
- University degree
- Experience in Sales & Marketing in international environment
- Solid Channel Development experience
- People Management experience for min 3 years
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Very good Business English
- PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly sales & result driven person
- High accountability
- Team player, managing diverse teams and ensure collaboration between teams
- Strong problem solving and decision-making capabilities
- Hands-on and close to the customer
- Strong analytical skills
