Main responsibilities:
- Planning activities to ensure safe and uninterrupted office operations.
- Support the office staff.
- Organization of meetings and briefings; communication with local and foreign partners.
- Organization of working trips for employees and customers, booking tickets, hotels, insurance, etc.
- Work on normative and technical documentation, catalogs, advertising materials, articles in magazines.
- Organization and preparation of materials for seminars, presentations, exhibitions.
- Collection, registration and distribution of all ingoing and outgoing correspondence. Printing documents. Distributing to the right department. Collecting documents returns from the customers.
- Procurement of materials and equipment. Choosing suppliers of goods.
- Controlling and organizing installation of office equipment and its maintenance.
- Inventory control.
- Organizing translations of recipes, specifications, labels.
- Preparing reports on request.
- Maintaining the customer base.
Requirements:
- University degree
- 2-3 years of Administrative/Office Management experience.
- Experience in documentation management.
- Upper intermediate English (written and spoken).
- German would be an advantage.
- Advanced PC user (MS Office).
- Accurate, attentive to details, honest and non-conflict, ready to learn.
