HR Specialist for an International Company

Responsibilities:

-  Organizе integration of new employees.

-  Control of vacations, sick leaves, maternity leaves, business trips.

-  Organize trainings for employees, control the training budget.

-  Control that all staff proceeds in time with all the mandatory trainings required by the Group (including E-Learnings).

-  Organize tenders with regards to the choice of counterparts related to the HR activity, and according to the tendering policy of of the Company (HR recruitment agencies, medical coverage insurance and broker, etc.)

-  Get involved as an observer in the process of headhunting and recruiting candidates (participation to discussions with recruitment agencies, definition of candidates profile requirements, participation to interviews, etc.).

-  In close relationship with the GM and Head of Departments and Units, organize and coordinate the process of searching candidates.

-  Organize and follow-up the correct roll-out of our new semestrial Internship programs.

-  Manage benefits (salary, bonus, cars, etc) and compensation policy in accordance with the Company internal rules.

-  Assure a regular monitoring of the evolution of the labor market, including salaries benchmarking.

-  Organize and сoordinate Internal Corporate events in close cooperation with the Compliance Officer (team buildings, social gatherings, Code of Conduct workshops etc.).

-  Timely report on HR related activities. Prepare updates on HR activity and projects for the Management Board.

-  Support and coordinate HR Group projects (HR Barometer, Annual evaluation and objective settings campaign).

Requirements:

-  University degree.

-  5 years of relevant work experience in HR.

-  Proven track record in different HR fields.

-  Fluent English.

-  Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
