Основне про вакансію:

HIAS Україна шукає бухгалтера для ведення всіх фінансових операцій, від фіксованих платежів і змінних витрат до банківських рахунків і звітності.

До обов’язків бухгалтера входить перевірка фінансових документів і процедур, звірка банківських виписок і розрахунок податкових платежів і декларацій. Щоб досягти успіху в цій ролі, ви повинні мати попередній досвід роботи з бухгалтерією та вміти виявляти числові помилки. 

Основні посадові обов'язки у сфері фінансів:

- Опрацьовувати первинні бухгалтерські документи;

- Готувати фінансові документи/таблиці у разі необхідності;

- Проводити платежі в системі клієнт-банку;

- Вносити банківські виписки в програму МастерБух.

- Авансові звіти (розрахунок та виплата);

- Підтримувати щомісячне нарахування заробітної плати та ведення організованого обліку;

- Контролювати та забезпечувати перерахування податків та зборів;

- Проводити звірку розрахунків, облік кредиторської та дебіторської заборгованості;

- За потреби надавати адміністративну підтримку під час підготовки бюджету;

- Готувати дані для включення їх до фінансової звітності, здійснювати складання окремих її форм, а також форм іншої періодичної звітності, яка ґрунтується на даних бухгалтерського обліку;

- складати та подавати податкову та фінансову звітність за необхідності;

Основні посадові обов'язки в адміністрації:

- Загальне адміністрування;

- Підтримка у встановленні офісних процесів і протоколів відповідно до операційних стандартів HIAS процедури;

- Надання ефективної підтримки міжнародному персоналу та відвідувачам;

Кваліфікація та вміння:

- Вища спеціальна освіта;

- Досвід роботи за спеціальністю від 5 років;

- Володіння офісною технікою, рівень достатній для забезпечення робочого процесу (принтер, сканер, смартфон);

- Знання офісних програм (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); 

- Знання спеціальних бухгалтерських програмних продуктів (Master BUH, 1C, NetSuite, Navision, SAP);
