"Project HOPE" запрошує на роботу психолога мобільної бригади для роботи у Херсонській області. Ми шукаємо відповідальну та кваліфіковану особу, яка бажає долучитися до нашої місії покращення здоров'я та добробуту громад Херсонської області.

Задачі:

- Здійснення психологічної підтримки для пацієнтів у мобільній бригаді;

- Проведення психологічних консультацій та психотерапії для пацієнтів;

- Розробка та впровадження програм психологічної реабілітації для пацієнтів;

- Робота з пацієнтами, які пережили травматичні ситуації та війну.

Вимоги:

- Вища освіта в галузі психології;

- Досвід роботи не менше 3-х років;

- Знання англійської буде плюсом;

- Досвід роботи з людьми, які пережили стресові ситуації;

- Вміння працювати в команді та мати високі комунікативні навички;

- Готовність до роботи в умовах мобільної бригади та на віддаленій території.

   Program Summary
 
  Project HOPE is mobilizing to provide health and humanitarian assistance to internally displaced persons in Ukraine as well as refugees in neighboring countries fleeing the ongoing conflict. Project HOPE is in contact with the WHO led Health Cluster in Ukraine, which has noted critical needs in primary health care.
 
  Position Summary

Providing psychological support to patients according to PH principles, standards and procedures in order to improve the patients’ mental health in MMUs operating in assigned area
 
   Key Activities and responsibilities:

• Carrying out evaluation of mental health needs of patients and establishing a diagnosis and a plan of treatment. 
• Implementing the Sexual Gender Based Violence (SGBV) protocol, identifying possible victims of SGBV and referring them to available services.  
• Providing psychological support and psychotherapy sessions (individual, family, group) to patients according to PH protocols in order to improve their mental health conditions.
• Assisting and training staff members and resourceful people   whenever necessary in order to enhance the scope of MH activities. 
• Collecting statistical and monitoring data about mental health activities.
• Ensuring that all patient information is kept confidential. 

Requirements

- Education: Psychosocial studies; candidate with degrees in Psychology/Psychotherapy/ Medical Psychologist/Clinical Psychologist preferred.

- Experience: 4-5 years practical experience in Psychology.

- Availability for traveling.

- English language skills are beneficial.
