YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Development and delivery of the procurement strategy in Ukraine according to STADA policies
  • Lead effective business partnership for the development and improvement of defined categories in line with business requirements, drives responsibly sourced sustainable value
  • Developing, supporting and local implementing all procurement strategic projects held globally
  • Establish policies, procedures and controls to ensure effective procurement activities and vendor execution
  • Lead strategic supplier relationship management to continually identify process improvements and cost reduction opportunities
  • Maintain great relationships with various business functions across the organization 
  • Ensuring that strategy, processes, and tools are in place and that they are continuously optimized to source at the best possible conditions
  • Collaborating with the Global Leadership Team in developing and implementing strategic initiatives

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • Graduate qualification (ideally master’s degree educated), proven strong leadership experience preferably in Pharma, Automotive, FMCG, Chemical procurement of at least 8 years .
  • Excellent functional Procurement experience managing direct and indirect categories
  • Knowledge and experience of best practice category management, sourcing, contract management and supplier performance management practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to champion the vision of the Procurement organisation.
  • Ability to facilitate multiple activities at any one time, prioritise workload and effectively communicate current positions.
  • Ability to balance total cost of ownership, strategic and tactical delivery. 
  • Strong project and change management capabilities.
  • Experience leading, motivating and developing people through difficult period/large change desirable.
  • Advanced level of English
