RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Calculate plans for Pharmacy Chains according to market share, weight in sales, etc.
• Preparation of calculations for the KAM department on the current status of the PhCh plan/fact and bonuses on a quarterly base.
• Calculation of bonuses for NKAM and KAMs.
• Collecting and managing proceses of downloading sales and stock reports from PhCh.
• Updating all sources, internal databases that is connected with KAM unit.
• Analytical support of Ad-hoc inquiries of KAM department employees.
• Preparation regular reports on sales, penetration, merchandising etc.
• Calculation of Business Cases.
• Maintenance of promo activities, data synchronization with the CRM system for the KAM department.

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with strong attention to detail
• High level of Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot).
• Excellent time management skills, demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Superior oral and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.
• Flexibility and adaptability in changing environment.
• Intermediate level of English.
