OPPORTUNITIES

STADA Production team is looking for someone ready to work in a highly motivated & dynamic team in a growing international company.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide partnering, coaching & support for the Site Leadership Team from finance point of view;
• Support monthly reporting, COGS calculation, budget and forecast planning, assist in the development of strategic plans;
• Ensures accurate budget and materials control processes implementation and run;
• Provide demand planning calculations to side production team;
• Oversee actual allocation of the costs and ensure consistent financial data reporting processes and results;
• Foresee and proactively initiate improvements to existing finance control system.
• Investigates and challenges production and materials costs changes, checking progress towards budget achievement and recommending corrective actions and assessing risks and opportunities;
• Provide accurate and timely finance information for business review;
• Contribute to achievement of a competitive advantage and generate synergies and financial benefits across all functions within the site;
• Calculate case specific investment projects & drive efficiency and identify cost savings;
• Active involvement in the initiatives of the current transformation process.
• Project work in production area, Ad-Hoc Analysis.

Your qualification:

• University degree in finance / economics or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in finance and/or controlling preferably in production environment
• In-depth knowledge of financial business modeling, forecasting and analytics for decision support, COGS calculation.
• Experience in using 1C, SAP, data visualization tools
• Good knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal.
