Learning and Development Specialist (coach)

   We are Landstar representative in Lviv. A trucking company which is working around US since 2007.The Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for creating and implementing training programs that align with the organization's goals and enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. This includes designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs, as well as identifying and addressing learning gaps within the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in instructional design, training delivery, and project management. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full onboarding process
• Design and develop training programs, including instructor-led training, e-learning, and other types of training as needed
• Deliver training programs using a variety of delivery methods, such as classroom instruction, online learning, and blended learning
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using various assessment methods and make recommendations for improvement
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure training records are accurate and up-to-date
• Understands the value chain between training and key performance indicators of the team

Qualifications:

• Upper-intermediate level of English (oral and written documentation, business communication)
• At least 1 year of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a related field
• Strong project management skills
• Experience with e-learning development tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
