Samsung Electronics Ukraine is opening the vacancy of SERVICE NETWORK SPECIALIST in Kyiv.

Responsibilities:

1. In Shop Service: 

• Work coordination of Service Consultants (Smart Advisors in Samsung Experience Store);
• KPI Setting, Management and Evaluation;
• Motivation systems developement and implementation;
• Process improvement / new process implementation;     
• Staff management and support with everyday work (9 Smart Advisors);  
• Education and On-boarding process for New Hired consultants;
• Related assets managemnet / inventory / upgarde (note PC mostly) + uniform etc handling process;    
• Regular reporting on results and plans (HQ and Local Management).

2. Brand Engineer program:  

• Process coordination and improvements implementation;
• Monthly results calcualtion;   
• KPI Setting, Management and Evaluation;  
• Improvement items developements based on KPI results;   
• Tight communication on service partners and brand engineers for program success;    
• Support with uniform, car branding etc;
• Nova Poshta pick up service operation support (guaranty lettters to NP, check process issues and solve with Nova Poshta etc);
• Sweet TV promo codes distribution (during In Home repair). Process controll, update, cost reporting etc.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• English Upper Intermediate
• SAP,MS Office (Excel, Power Point) advanced user 
• Higher Education
