Retail Marketing assistant

Support of Retail Marketing processes connected with Field Force and Display management to insure stable process performance and RM KPIs achievement

Main Responsibilities:

• Authorization of promoters in Partners stores;
• Manage requests from business team (ex. competitor BZ data collection, SKUs quality checking in the stores, competitor flooring etc);
• Provision of uniform for FF (needs collection, ordering, distribution);
• Update target AR data for filed force on Google disk, personal mailing;
• Promoter salary mailing;
• Update of instruction for FF;
• Evidence collection and verification of FF business trips;
• Merchandiser route compliance;
• Promoter photo report preparation for HR dept.;
• Promoter online activity report;
• Promoter requests/feedback consolidation from Viber groups;
• Provision of tools, consumable for FF (needs collection, ordering, distribution);
• Update data for filed force on Google disk - matrix, POSM guides etc;
• Distribution of POSM, remedies to FF (needs collection, distribution);
• BZ audit data verification;
• BZ photo report preparation for Finance dept.;
• BZ repair request consolidation;
• Document flow managing;
• Sample management;
• Other task support based on direct manager request.

Requirements:

• MS Office user (Excel - intermediate, PowerPoint - intermediate)
• University degree 
• Ukrainian – fluent, English – intermediate
• Organization and communication skills
• An eye for detail
