Summary:
Marketing assistant is responsible for coordination & organization of all promotion activities in retail networks together with retail partners
Responsibilities:
- Establishing and handling coop process in Sales Team
- Development of department partner promotion rules & processes (Coop process), application forms and other
- Informing sales team about all changes in the Coop process in SEUC regarding tax & financial changes that might occur
- Coop programs scenarios development & coordination with partners
Planning and preparing of promotion activities
- Planning of all types of Coop programs: national promo with electronics outlets, retail promo, online promo, channel promos, etc. on a monthly & quarterly basis
- Cooperation with Sales KAMs while preparing Coop programs
- Preparing all necessary official documents for Coop programs
Control over action flow, reporting
- Coop budget management, control over expenses
- Partner Coop promotion/advertising Terms & Conditions communication and control (incl. Samsung brand guideline communication, supervision of partner co-materials)
- Coop report collection (for distributor/reseller/retailer co-marketing)
- Coop activity results' control and analysis on all stages of the programs
- Coop report verification followed by documents submission and budget claim
Requirements:
- Marketing diploma or university degree followed by a minimum of 1 year of professional services in marketing role
- Experience with BTL event coordination and conduction
- Previous experience with contents development and media plans evaluation and analysis for TV, OOH, Radio, PR will be a big advantage.
- Level of English: Fluent
- PC skills: MS Excel (advanced), MS Power Point (advanced)
