Logistics specialist

Main duties:

Inbound Operations by sea, road transportation mode(35%):

• daily checking shipments documents, tracking transit shipments (manually), analyze lead time data
• shipments co-ordination of import activities with factories European, Russia, Asian countries
• customs clearance suppport, assistance of preparing necessary documents
• Сommunication issues to the vendors & 3Pls
• organization and accompaniment of business meeting

Manage Direct trucks supply till final destination (GR-DO-POD)(5%)

Logistics Cost Management and LCC posting in SAP(15%):

• cost optimization and saving (claim factories to optimize the cargo package, consolidation of shipments...) - LCC posting in SAP
• payments , accountant documents circulation between 3PL and SEUC
• tariff management
• control of contracts, additional agreements

Export to Modova (create SO, sending invoice for payment, DO releases, POD)(30%)

Claim & Insurance Activity(10%):

• claim issues related, issue claims in SAP, send claims to vendors

Ad-Hoc tasks (5%)

Main requirements:

• higher education

• 2-4 years odf working experience in Logistics

• knowledge customs clearance process

• analytical mindset

• developed communicational skills

• knowledge of MS office, SAP(is a must)
