Procurement specialist

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Annual Procurement Plan
• Conducting tenders/biddings under BQMS (Bidding Quotation Management System)
• Preparation/correcting of technical tasks for contractors
• Registration of potential contractors
• Conducting of Bidding/Quotation, evaluation of proposals, approval of results
• Negotiations with potential conductors
• Participation in the development/adjustment of the Procurement Procedures
• Preparing monthly reports (Procurement Results).

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience (preferably on same or similar position)
• Preferred industries: Consumer Electronics, FMCG, IT
• University Degree
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills
• Advanced user of MS Excel, Power Point
• Upper-intermediate English is a must, Ukrainian and Russian
