We expect from you:
- knowledge of computer systems for registration, reservations, communications and back-up systems - Opera PMS.
- ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with guests and team members.
- ability to effectively deal with internal customers and external guests, which requires tact, patience, and diplomacy.
- knowledge of handling hotel emergencies (fire, theft, natural disaster) is very helpful.
- previous ANY hotel operations experience preferred
Your duties and responsibilities will be:
- assist to Front Office colleagues
- check-in/ check-out the guests
- respond to guests' inquiries on Executive Lounge
- ensure total guest satisfaction and safety
- enjoy the work as we do :-)
