The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for the daily sales efforts and for the overall positioning of the hotel, brand communication and the development of customers for the property.

We are looking for candidates with a dynamic leadership style, possessing excellent communication and decision making skills. We expect you to be a role model for the business development team, and develop team and individuals in their functions. Director of Sales and Marketing role is key to seize new opportunities through strong customer relations and work as an Ambassador for the Hilton Kyiv. 

• Fluent English language both written and verbal is a "MUST"
  
• Requires advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the sales/marketing/hospitality profession
• Previous experience in leadership roles is required
• Experience in analyzing data to prepare and implement strategic sales plans, monthly reports, annual goals, sales and marketing budget, forecasts as directed/ required
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills is a "MUST"
• Strong media, presentation and computer skills
