Data Engineer

LetyShops is a cashback service that for more than 5 years has been developing several products in the e-commerce and cashback world. Currently, we are expanding and are looking for a proactive Data Engineer  due to high demand for quantitative assessment of product performance.

Our team is conducting a full product development cycle: from prototyping to testing-and-delivering. And your activity will be mainly related to web/mobile product marketing and support development.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain our data infrastructure (ELT pipelines, data lake/warehouse)
• Raw data cleansing, transformation and validation
• Develop and maintain pipelines for data-based services
• Create and maintain data models  

Must have skills:

• 2+ year of data engineering experience
• Experience with cloud based data infrastructures
• Basics of probability theory and applied statistics
• Python
• SQL
• Google Composer (Apache airflow)
• Google Dataflow (Apache beam)
• Google Big Query
• Docker
• Git

Nice to have:

• Understanding concepts of applied statistics and probability theory
• Understanding concepts of statistical learning
• R
• Google cloud stack
