Our client – world-recognized manufacturing company is looking for HR Manager to professional team in the plant
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Talent management and recruitment processes in the company;
• Create HR and recruiting goals, plans, and tasks;
• Work with the motivation and reward systems;
• Building career and personal development plans involving team leads;
• HR branding;
• Management a team of recruiters.
Essential requirements:
• 3+ years in HR and recruiting
• 1+ years of experience as a lead
• Skills and experience in employer branding
• Experience in recruiting (mass recruitment, TOP and middle positions)
• Experience of personal and talent management
• Good communication and empathic skills
• Problem-solving and open-minded person
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to change and to present these changes to employees in a proper way
• Strong leadership skills, autonomous and proactive attitude
• Readiness for relocation to Central Ukraine
