Finance Specialist

Description

• Implement new finance ERP solution with global implementation team.
• Ensure that the system configuration is in compliance with local statutory/tax requirements
• Develop reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses using ERP reporting and advanced Excel to support statutory/tax reporting
• Lead data migration and cleansing as well as interfacing to external systems.
• Review and document finance processes (flowcharts). Recommend and implement improvements
• Contribute to user training and support
• Perform testing of the system in test environment
• Support ongoing financial processes

Profile

• Strong knowledge and implementation experience with finance ERP (Oracle, JDE) and advanced Excel solutions
• Familiar with accounting, tax and reporting practices, preferably in an international environment
• Project management experience
• Strong academic qualifications in Finance
• Excellent data and process analysis skills, highly quantitative and results oriented
• Communicative and enthusiastic with team spirit
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (English)
