The role has 3 key objectives:
· To achieve sustainable and profitable client growth
· To build a partnership with the client built on demonstrable value delivered to their business
· To retain the client beyond the current contract period whilst maintaining or improving commercial terms
Knowledge & Experience
· Experience of working with business processes such as invoicing, project management and purchase orders
· Solid organisational, prioritisation and time management skills and the ability to coordinate and track multiple projects simultaneously
· Sound numerical skills, ability to process large volumes of data and the ability to apply these skills in a business context
· Excellent Microsoft Office skill particularly Excel and Word
· Able to talk the same language as the teams - know the language of FMCG communications.
· Experience of complex incident reporting and complaint management
· Polished professional communication and presentation skills
· Bi-lingual English & relevant language for area
