International Bank is looking for IT Application Support Officer with the focus on support of local core banking system B2.
About the role:
- Manages and maintains the Bank Local Core Banking System B2, acts as a Local B2 Administrator to ensure its availability and proper operation.
- Ensures the software is up to date, co-operates with B2 vendor and Head Office in maintaining and troubleshooting of locally or centrally managed applications and infrastructure.
- Co-operates with Head Office regarding implementation of Branch Model systems and hardware.
- Executes implementation and migration of local/global IT and business applications/software.
- Performs backup role of Local Security Administrator and NBU Information Security Administrator with IST access PMGK in case of their absence.
- Ensures the infrastructure and software are reliable, efficient, configured properly within corporate standards and adequate to run the Business systems.
- Provides IT Service Desk support for users, resolves IT infrastructure/software related problems, maintains the log of incidents, problems and solutions.
- Provides user training for the staff for newly implemented or changed systems.
- Develop, update and maintain operating procedures for implementation, development, support and use of the new and existing systems.
- Prepares proper and regular reports on progress status of running projects.
- Ensures BCP for Business systems is available, reliable and up to date.
- Prepares and executes system tests to ensure they are adequate, properly executed and user acceptance received.
- Responsible for maintenance and housekeeping of the server room.
Skills and qualification requirements:
- Higher Technical/IT Education.
- Work experience at least 4 years in IT area, specifically in Core Banking System B2 administration.
- Solid and deep practical knowledge of support and business development of B2 System.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes, practical experience in service level management, readiness for change and transformation.
- Experience of participating in IT projects.
- Experience providing support to the end users, ability to resolve and troubleshoot problems related to IT and business software.
- Understanding of business continuity principles.
- Upper-intermediate English level (oral and written), fluency in Ukrainian.
- Good communication and report writing skills.
