Lead 1С Developer

International agricultural company looking for Lead 1С Developer.

Responsibilities:

• Introduce overall ERP system future development vision across all company's functions and assets within the country
• Collect and analyses complex business needs presented by internal clients and user community, formalize and prepare technical requirements for developers
• Propose, design and create relevant software solutions to fulfil business requirements
• ERP Developers team management - direct and prioritizes the work load of subordinate personnel, verify results
• Ensure timely delivery of projects, provide accurate reports on projects status
• Manage and oversee all stages of the development lifecycle for new internal software solutions
• Create products documentation
• Organize timely ERP system and modules update to ensure new functionality support and alignment with legislation changes
• Ensure the consistency and maintainability of existing applications by organizing and providing support, analyzing errors and data discrepancies
• ERP system user access management
• End user learning provision, create user manuals
• Communicate with vendors in own area of responsibility

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science/technical engineering or related field
• 1C developer certificates - desirable
• English language at writing level as a minimum, fluency is desirable
• Overall 1C developer experience - 10+ years
• Lead 1C developer/architect experience - 5+ years
• Development team management experience
• Proven successful experience in complex 1C 8.2/8.3 systems design and implementation
• Advanced 1C 8.2/8.3 programming skills
• Various 1C systems and external software exchange/integration experience
• Document management implementation with 1C solutions experience is desirable
• Experience with managed forms is desirable
• BAS ERP and related systems experience is desirable
• Relevant expertise in accounting
• Experience with IFRS is desirable
• Experience in standard software development methodologies
• MS SQL knowledge sufficient to support 1C systems
