International FMСG non-food company is looking for Brand Manager.
Requirements:
- Higher education, preferably in marketing;
- 3+ years of relevant FMCG marketing experience as Brand Manager/Junior Brand Manager;
- Understanding of basic analytics tools;
- Must have experience in launching media campaigns;
- Knowledge of the market, consumers and buyers' trends;
- English - Upper-Intermediate.
Responsibilities:
- Provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to Strategic Plan;
- Development of annual marketing plan in line with brand strategy to achieve financial targets;
- Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies;
- Active searching for opportunities to improve brand performance;
- Establish cost and price parameters and sales estimates;
- Analyze the market trends to find opportunities to grow business;
- Management of marketing budget, revenue and net income;
- Evaluation of the profitability of marketing activities;
- Documents flow management.
