Brand Manager

International FMСG non-food company is looking for Brand Manager. 

Requirements:

• Higher education, preferably in marketing;
• 3+ years of relevant FMCG marketing experience as Brand Manager/Junior Brand Manager;
• Understanding of basic analytics tools;
• Must have experience in launching media campaigns;
• Knowledge of the market, consumers and buyers' trends;
•  English - Upper-Intermediate.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to Strategic Plan; 
• Development of annual marketing plan in line with brand strategy to achieve financial targets; 
• Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies;
• Active searching for opportunities to improve brand performance;
• Establish cost and price parameters and sales estimates; 
• Analyze the market trends to find opportunities to grow business; 
• Management of marketing budget, revenue and net income;
• Evaluation of the profitability of marketing activities;
• Documents flow management.
