  • Experienced Project manager needed for Managing Services work - Cash back
    schemes, event etc.
  • Assist the client in the project management of consumer incentive marketing
    campaigns - Cashback/Money-Back-Guarantee, Raffles, Loyalty Promotions,
    Sampling, Events (direct contact with wide range of stakeholders - assistant
    brand managers, marketing departments, instore team, purchasing, finance etc.)
  • Assisting the strategic planning of such campaigns at client level, taking briefs
    and advising based on experience.
  • Reporting with accurate data and analysis of each project.
  • Act as daily filter of communication between client and relevant agencies,
    keeping a big-picture overview of all projects and ensuring all agencies work
    smoothly with each other.
  • Problem solving based on consumer queries on behalf of the client.
  • Record and track finances, budgets and redemption levels, informing brand on
    status and ensuring budgets are increased on time as required, as well as
    identifying cost saving opportunities.
  • Partnering with relevant agencies (client mandated suppliers) to fulfil the project
    according to the client's requirements, including digital and creative agencies.improve the process, implementing new workflow innovations to streamline
    processes across all campaigns (e.g. technical innovations, OCR...)
  • Work in combination with print managers to check and assist with layouts and
    ensure all communication is consistent.
  • Assist client on site during events like fairs and promotion events
  • Relationship Management - Be responsive and polite, show empathy, interest,
    sensitivity and respect for the client, their business and their opinions.
  • Business Development - Make Communisis real for clients, help them to
    understand how we can help support and improve the communications process.
  • Make a note of problems and issues faced by client and discuss these with line
    manager to understand what development opportunities there may be.
  • Produce local activity reports and attend internal meetings as required.

    colleagues in other markets.
