Our client, Multinational FMCG-company, is looking for Brand Manager
Требования:
- Advanced FMCG Brand Management in top marketing organization
- 4-5-years' experience including experience in multinational FMCG companies is a must
- Strong project management
- Upper intermediate English language skills
Обязанности:
- Provide the leadership to grow the business through developing & effectively implementing the short/long-term strategy and plans
- Assume full responsibility for Marketing planning, Business Planning, Advertising & Promotions execution, Product Development and Market Share of the Brands
- Develop brand strategies and objectives
- Identify incremental volume and growth opportunities
- Monitor competitive activities, brand health and brand share
- Identify consumer insights
- Advertising Development & Trademark Protection
- Analyze growth opportunities and recommend the best priorities and choices choice of plans and programs for the brand
- Contribute to the marketing team with relevant local insights
- Closely follow up innovation trends
- Source new and special ways to increase relevance of our products to the consumer through innovations i.e. in pack sizes, label design, promotions that enhance the purchase decision
