European retail company is looking for Personal Assistant.
Main responsibilities:
- Dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
- Organizing events and conferences.
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Managing databases and filing systems.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
- Collating and filing expenses.
Main requirements:
- Higher Education Degree. Formal qualifications for this role are not essential.
- Fluent English.
- PC Skills (MS office)
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team or independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to quickly learn and grasp new concepts.
- Motivated, flexible and attentive to details.
