European retail company is looking for Personal Assistant.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Organizing events and conferences.
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Managing databases and filing systems.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
  • Collating and filing expenses.

 

Main requirements:

  • Higher Education Degree. Formal qualifications for this role are not essential.
  • Fluent English.
  • PC Skills (MS office)
  • Excellent administrative skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team or independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to quickly learn and grasp new concepts.
  • Motivated, flexible and attentive to details.
