AP Accountant

POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT

• AP Accountant is responsible for all AP process for Vendors :
• Check all month invoices/Acts/payments, entered;
• Distribution of expenses of future periods (account 97) to current expenses;
• Cost Control due to the the Departments participations in business activities and their analysys;
• Check all FA invoices, enter;
• Expences Report Process;
• Reconciliation - MF 0121 with /Correction of project code for Marketing Events revenue ;
• Accruals according to prepayments;
• AP monthly reconciliation with Suppliers;
• Current, Daily Admin responsi

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• High education on economics/finance/accounting or relevant work expreience
• At least 3 years of experience at Accountant position
• Experienced in PC-based accounting systems; experienced user in EXCEL.
• ·English language (pre-intermediate level minimum)
