- Under HR Manager supervision provide general HR support to all local employees
- Ensure data quality in all the databases/HR tools and its cross-consistency
- Responsible for HR documents process required by local labor law and in line with company's rules and procedures
- Take active part in Compensation & Benefits management processes and budget preparation
- Responsible for organization and execution of newcomers onboarding process and conduct Exit interview
- Participate in Performance Management and Job Evaluation processes in accordancewith company rules and guidelines;
- Perform HR analytics and internal reporting;
