Construction manager (wind power plants)

Our client is the leading independent renewable energy power producer, looking for Construction manager (wind power plants), Kherson.

Key duties:

Site Management.

• Enforce Environmental & Social and HSE rules.
• Manage contractors on site daily.
• Follow up construction progress.
• Lead weekly construction meetings on site.
• Manage document control process.

Contract Management.

• Manage risks related to HSE, schedule, costs and quality during construction stage.
• Administrate contract during construction stage.

Construction Management.

• Set up the progress measurement tools.
• Follow up the schedule with contractors.
• Raise deviation and propose actions to mitigate any delay and/or overcosts.
• Manage all authorizations and administrative documents related to the Ukrainian legislation for wind farm construction.

Reporting.

• Issue weekly and monthly reports with status of progress, updated schedule, contractual issues and forecast.
• Issue a weekly construction MOM following the meeting with the contractors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred)
• 3+ years a strong experience in Contract Management and Wind Farm construction Management.
• Business fluent English
