Key responsibilities:

• Be responsible for accounting for the next areas: fixed assets, stock/inventory, (spear parts, tools, fuel) accounts receivables, accounts payables without booking entries to ERP
• Reconcile the statements from suppliers to avoid the disconnects before close
• Load all movements between warehouse and sites, debrief items according data from logistic team
• Assist in setting accounting policy and creating accounting procedures for the inventory
• Assist with various controllership projects as necessary
• Satisfy all Corporate Audit Staff requests for inventory processes
• Book Journals to reflect financial activities in compliance with above same (may include some or all: accruals, fixed assets, stock/inventory, accounts receivables, accounts payables)
• Provide reporting for Corporate/Business requests
• Participate in controllership initiatives and internal and external audit projects

Requirements:

• Accounting degree or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in Accounting (basic knowledge of accounting principles)
• English - Intermediate
• IT and financial system skills: MS Office, 1C (7.7)
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Self-starter, result- oriented person with ability to work under pressure
