SAP FI Specialist

Integrated global pharmaceutical company, committed to providing affordable and innovative medicines for healthier lives is looking for a SAP FI Specialist'a

1. Good understanding of functions across the Business especially Finance, Supply Chain (Purchasing and Logistics) and HR
2. Good experience in SAP FI-FA module and exposure to SAP SD, SAP MM and SAP HR
3. Exposure to Web-technologies including HTML 5
4. Good knowledge of Local Ukrainian legislations and changes for configuration in SAP
5. Good knowledge of end to end SAP implementation methodology
6. Good understanding of Stakeholder Management and Organizational Change Mgt Process for IT Solution
7. Capability to lead Simplifications, ensuring adoption and realization of benefits
8. Ability to manage and coordinate with SAP partners at Ukraine & India and Corporate IT teams at India
9. Ready to travel to India for orientation and better partnerships going forward

Key Responsibilities

1. Understand the business need, stakeholders and key processes for Ukraine
2. Understanding and Conceptualization of Business Solutions leveraging SAP
3. Getting SAP solutions implemented with help of local and India Partners in effective and timely manner
4. Conceptualization of Adoption Methodology, Change Management and Benefit Realization
5. Conceptualization and creation of communication and training material in innovative ways
6. Ensure continuous Business Process Improvement in forms of Simplifications, Change Management and Benefit Realization to add Business Value for Russia business leveraging SAP modules
7. Management of End-user support for SAP with help of India Partners

Operating Network

Internal: Local Finance, SCM, HR Team, General Director, Head IT & BPE Emerging Markets, Emerging Markets IT & BPE CoE Team at Hyderabad, Corporate IT (SAP, Basis, Portal teams)

Technical Requirements: Sound knowledge of SAP FI modules and exposure to SAP MM, SD ; SAP HR, Business Analysis, Project Management, Partner Management

Language: Good Proficiency in English language is MUST to enable coordination with India teams and partners.
